Flairnow CRB Disclosure Service is run by Joan Boot and Lorraine Stableford from their office in Leicestershire. Both are registered CRB countersignatories. Applicant details are entered into a computer database program which is then used to print the application form. All applications are processed by telephone and post. ISA Adult First requests are made from the database, with the ISA Adult First replies being returned via email for a speedy response.

Under their Cherrytree Business Skills banner Lorraine and Joan are also able to offer secretarial and office services, book-keeping and accounting software tuition for Quickbooks, Sage and TASBooks.
